PhoneStock ("we", "our", "the Service") is a subscription SaaS product for second-hand mobile phone shops. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account data: owner mobile number (via Firebase Phone Auth), store profile (name, address, bank details for invoices), and staff user profiles.
• Business records: purchase/sale transactions, IMEI numbers, customer names/mobiles/addresses, ledger entries, and invoices.
• Uploaded media: customer photos, ID proof images, signatures, and optional invoice attachments stored in object storage (Cloudflare R2).
• Device tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens for subscription and business alerts.
• Payment metadata: Razorpay order/payment IDs for subscription renewals (we do not store card numbers).

How we use data

Data is used solely to operate the shop inventory, invoicing, ledger, reports, and subscription billing features you enable. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & deletion

Soft-deleted transactions remain in Recycle Bin until permanently deleted by a store owner. You may request account deletion by contacting support; we will remove store-scoped data subject to legal retention requirements.

Security

API access requires an application key and authenticated JWT sessions. Subscription write operations are gated when a plan expires. Admin ops use a separate authentication system from store accounts.
